Refund Policy

Effective Date: 6/24/25

At StratEdge Performance, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services that provide measurable value for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.

1. Consulting & Service Fees

  • Payments made for consulting, strategy sessions, or service agreements are non-refundable, as time, resources, and expertise are allocated upon booking or engagement.

  • In cases where a service has not yet been delivered, we may, at our discretion, reschedule or credit the payment toward a future engagement.

2. Subscription or Retainer Services

  • If you are enrolled in a monthly subscription or retainer service, you may cancel at any time with written notice.

  • Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of service once the billing cycle has begun.

3. Workshops, Training, or Events

  • Registrations canceled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7–14 days may be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

    We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds outside of the above terms may be          considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of StratEdge Performance.
