Refund Policy

At StratEdge Performance, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services that provide measurable value for our clients. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may or may not be provided.
1. Consulting & Service Fees

Payments made for consulting, strategy sessions, or service agreements are non-refundable, as time, resources, and expertise are allocated upon booking or engagement.

In cases where a service has not yet been delivered, we may, at our discretion, reschedule or credit the payment toward a future engagement.
2. Subscription or Retainer Services

If you are enrolled in a monthly subscription or retainer service, you may cancel at any time with written notice.

Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of service once the billing cycle has begun.
3. Workshops, Training, or Events

Registrations canceled more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7–14 days may be eligible for a 50% refund or full credit toward a future event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Refunds outside of the above terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of StratEdge Performance.
